All daytime meetings start at 9:30am and are held at the Parish Council Offices, Chelwood Gate Village Hall  and agendas and minutes for daytime committee meetings are on this page and evening meetings are held within the Parish Council meeting time and noted within the minutes of the Parish Council. Evening meetings start at 7:30pm at its location (either Danehill or Chelwood Gate) unless specified on the agenda. The Committee will consider newly submitted applications when applicable so if you have a specific query on an application please get in touch with the Clerk with comments and for information on when the Committee will consider it.
